Many people, especially the elderly or those with multiple health conditions, must take a number of medications each day. In order to achieve the greatest benefit from what has been prescribed, these medications must be taken in the correct dose and at the correct times each day.
In addition to a thorough medication review by our pharmacists, we also offer special packaging (Compliance Pack) and clear labelling to meet patients’ unique needs.
If there is any suspected adverse reaction, allergy or side effect from a particular medication, we will intervene on your behalf and contact your physician to alert them promptly.
